How to use the pink peppercorn?
Most peppers are best used crushed or ground, as their strength does not allow you to eat them as a whole peppercorn. This does not apply to pink peppercorn, which, even entire, will reveal an explosion of sweetness. Of course, it can also be ground, alone or with other peppers (such as our 5 peppercorn selection).
Our pink peppercorns are unbroken, large and homogeneous. This is what we call the A+ grade, which represents less than 5% of the world harvest. They are also certified organic.
Our organic pink peppercorn come in a 30 / 60 g jar, or in a 250 g refill bag. Keep it in a dry and cool place, away from light. Pink peppercorn do not expire, but we recommend using it within 24 months to keep all the intensity of its flavors.
