In which dish should cumin be used?

How to use it ?
Cumin is versatile. You can incorporate the entire seeds into your preparation, or crush them coarsely if you want to release more flavors. You can also grind it completely if you don’t want to feel its texture in your dish.
Finally, connoisseurs will advise you to roast your cumin seeds for a few minutes in a pan (no fat needed) before using them. Their taste will take on another dimension, with notes of roasted, smoked spices, and will reinforce their texture to make them crispy as desired.
Our cumin come in a 50 / 100 g jar, or in a 250 g refill bag. Keep it in a dry and cool place, away from light. Cumin does not expire, but we recommend using it within 24 months to keep all the intensity of its flavors.
