You know it, we love to play with nature, the elements, the seasons; taming time.

The summer and winter solstices are respectively the shortest and longest days of a year on Earth. To illustrate this, we chose the pansy, a nod to the rare moments and deep emotions it conveys.

We specifically opted for the Viola Cornuta family, "mini" pansies, more versatile for culinary use. This whole edible flower project was born from you, who, after following us in our petal compositions, pushed us to outdo ourselves.

In this composition, you will discover small whole edible pansies, others in petals or pieces. Some are easily recognizable, others are closed in on themselves. Each is beautiful in its own way. The pansy is a delicate, whimsical edible flower. Some flowers might be partially defoliated or discolored. The shapes and colors are random and depend on the blooms.

CULINARY USES OF EDIBLE PANSY FLOWERS

Taste-wise, the mini edible pansies will offer you very soft flavors, slightly suave and sweet. Without bitterness, they complement salads wonderfully for a gourmet touch and bring freshness to desserts and drinks without overpowering them.
They will also freeze beautifully in your ice cubes, making for colorful cocktails.

PACKAGING AND PRESERVATION OF EDIBLE FLOWERS

Our Solstice selection is offered in 0.5g and 1g glass vials, or in a 10g refill bag. This specific weight is due to the drying technique we use. Our pansies are cold-dried, which allows us to extract the water while altering their appearance as little as possible.

Pansies are the most delicate in our range of edible flowers.
We recommend storing them in a dry and cool place, and above all, away from light. We also suggest handling them with tweezers.

Edible flowers do not expire, but we recommend using them within 12 months to retain all their olfactory, taste, and visual intensity.
