Muscovado Sugar with Vanilla

Muscovado sugar is the least refined and most aromatic of all cane sugars. Its high molasses content gives it a sweet and pronounced taste of licorice, maple syrup and caramel. This raw sugar is rich in vitamins (A, B3, B5, B6...) and minerals (potassium, magnesium, calcium). Muscovado sugar is very sensory, with a texture of melting sand that sometimes crystallizes, depending on temperature variations.

You wonder what happens to beans that have dents, or those that are too small. This is it! We cut them into pieces and use them directly in our Muscovado sugar.
