Our Ugandan vanilla, also from the Planifolia orchid, is known for its exceptional vanillin content (2.9% in our 2024 analyses). It offers powerful, cocoa-like, and slightly wild notes, ideal for bold culinary pairings. Thanks to its nutrient-rich terroir and slow curing process, these pods develop intense and captivating aromas. Ugandan producers are committed to high-value social initiatives, supporting job creation and local development.
Characteristics:
- Madagascar Vanilla: Plump and supple pods, with a moisture content of 30 to 35%. Smooth, Gourmand, Balsamic notes. Pod length: 16 to 18 cm.
